Working Hours    Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:40

Responsibilities:

• Gather customer integration requirements
• Provide technical advice on operation systems, applications and hardware issues
• Provide effective IT support to customer's IT team for system integration
• Conduct end to end integration test
• Identify any integration issues and resolve with the customer
• Escalation of integration issues to customer's project manager
• Follow up and ensure each requests/issues are resolved and closed appropriately
• Advise customer on label specifications and coordination of the certification of shipping label prototype provided by customer with service provider and Ops
• Advise customer on electronic shipment manifest requirements
• Certify customer's shipping label and electronic shipment manifest
• Create and maintain customers' system accounts
• Provide user training on web portal
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 1 year or above working experience in IT preferably in system engineering, system administration, technical support roles
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic, .Net Framework
• Detailed mind, self-motivated, responsible & willing to take up challenges and able to work under pressure
• Excellent organizational skills and can manage multiple work assignments
• Candidate must be proficient in spoken / written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Having experience in Business Analyst role is advantageous
• Having experience in Logistics / eCommerce is advantageous
