Job Descriptions

• Perform system administration, monitoring, maintenance on MS Windows/Linux servers, database and web server
• Servers/Workstation deploy, network design, implementation, monitoring and troubleshooting
• Provide help desk, operation and technical support in front and back office environment
• Perform ICT asset management duties, including physical stock-taking and auditing for hardware and software
• Provide I.T. support including troubleshooting user issues / questions
• Provide user service through follow up and after issue is resolved
• Handle ad hoc projects

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
• 3 years of relevant working experience
• Holder of MCTS / MCITP / MCSE is preferred
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Server, Workstation OS, Microsoft Office and Windows Application.
• Understanding of coding languages and tools including XML, VB.NET, ASP.NET, SQL
• Good knowledge in TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure, Internet, Security and Email Technology
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and independently
• Willing to learn new technologies and solutions
