Duties:

• Responsible for daily IT operations
• Perform and supervise helpdesk support to end users
• Set up and maintain IT services to end users

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in IT support field, in which at least
• 2 years at supervisory level
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience in Windows, Active Directory,
• Exchange Server and Linux
• Familiar with server grade hardware and network devices
• With helpdesk or data center experience is preferred
