Job Description

The digital project manager is responsible for the end to end delivery of digital projects, from understanding the brief, developing schedules and budgets, to user experience, wireframes, and information architecture design, to co-ordination, management of workflow between key project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Project requirements gathering (business, functional, technical)
• Project planning by defining scope, task based schedules and critical milestones, resource management, and budgeting
• Key interface between the Digital Solutions Team and clients, Account Servicing, and other disciplines within the group
• Consistent management, monitoring, and reporting on project progress and resource usage
• Ensuring quality of deliverables by planning and executing thorough test plans both at a technical and creative and brand level
• Actively pre-empt issues and manage / alleviate risks

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent people management and client contact skills - build and maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within both the agency and client’s business
• Anticipate and effectively analyse and solve problems. Be decisive at all times but have the flexibility and ability to manage other people’s opinions
• Present in an articulate and effective manner that sells with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A strong grasp of the English language with Cantonese language skills desirable
• Manage and motivate people at all levels of seniority and background
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, prioritise and able to meet and exceed deadlines
• Well organised with excellent attention to detail
• Working understanding of all facets of web and mobile development including strategy, user experience, design, technologies, and implementation
• Understanding of MS programs for example MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project
  

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required:

• 3+ experience in agency/relevant business environment
• Experience successfully managing interactive/web/mobile project budgets and schedules
• Experience in client-service with superb written, presentation and communication skills
• Experience in user experience design, implementation, and optimization
