Key Responsibilities

• Handle & coordinate daily IT support including PC hardware, scanners, printers, network etc.
• Provide End to End Application Support as 1st level help desk and take the ownership of reported ticket for owned application, i.e. High Jump WMS, SEQOS WMS, etc.
• Coordinate with other IT application support team centralized in SGH, IT Development team, external supplier and other IT support teams to provide 2^nd level technical support for complex problem and troubleshooting.
• Required development/coding work based on agreed working scope, covering urgent coding fix, etc.
• Take client/warehouse implementation project hyper-care support based on resource plan together with other project support team within warehouse area and ensure stabilization of operation rolled out.
• Understand the warehouse workflow for general DC and CFS and client specific process, able to propose solution of current system problem fixes & system (process) enhancement.
• Provide consultancy to project team and application lifecycle manager for project implementation or application/process enhancement opportunity.
• Support super user community for education, training and Q&A within super user catalog.
• Build good partnership with other internal teams for the overall delivery of the operating platform and application support
• Working Location: Tin Shui Wai

What we are looking for

• Degree in IT or relevant disciplines; minimum 3 years’ experience in IT
• Business knowledge in logistics and WHS operation
• Detailed technical knowledge for the respective application supported, e.g. WMS, LNS, MODS, etc
• Self-motivator and can work under proper instruction of management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet the deadline
• Analytical mind and methodical work ethic
• Customer service oriented with IT service and support experience
• Independent, taking full ownership of tasks
• Innovative, always seeking out new ways to improve
• Good communicator internal to all levels
• Good in both English and mandarin
• Passion for service delivery to all internal stakeholders
• Immediate available is preferred
