Roles and Responsibilities:

The role of a Operation Manager is one of the most exciting at MoneyHero :

- You will establish, train and oversee our Customer Service staff to provide quality pre and post sales service to customers.

-You will develop and implement sales and service processes online and offline including liaison with existing and potential business partners.

- You will ensure all procedures comply with insurance regulation.

- You will report sales and performance.

Skills and Requirements:

-At least 3 year experience in selling insurance, with strong sales/service mentality

-Strong communication skills

-Driven, passionate and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.

-Qualify as a Technical Representative under the regulations set forth by the HKCIB or PIBA by having passing IIQE papers I & II (III would be an advantage)

- Must have written and oral fluency in both English and Cantonese
