With our expanding brands & business and an ambitious growth plan, we are looking for a Social Media & e-commerce Online Marketing Assistant to join us. Job Description:

• Formulate and implement strategies to drive e-Commerce business
• Develop e-Commerce and web solution for business growth
• Manage different social media platforms (i.e.: Facebook, Instagram, Weibo, Forums, Newsgroup) & to attract a larger audience, contributing & creating ideas and input on current market/beauty trends (i.e. blogs writing).
• Manage multiple websites and update product information and website content in Chinese & English for the assigned brands.
• Handle customer enquiries & provide customer service & support.
• Oversee the daily operations of the on-line shop to achieve sales target and ensure running smoothly.
• Co-ordinate seasonal & promotional emails & artwork for different promotions.
• Analyze comments and users’ behavior.
• Manage customer relationship programs; prepare sales & marketing analysis reports.
• Liaise with website companies and assisting with any technical problems.
• Assist in other marketing activities (i.e.: Beauty Fair / Trade Show / Roadshow) throughout the year or other ad hoc projects.

Requirements: 

• Degree or equivalent in Communications, Marketing or Social Media.
• At least 2 year experience in social media / digital marketing experience
• Recent graduate will be considered
• Excellent communication skills in English & Chinese and the ability to write engagingly are a must.
• Working with some graphics tools (e.g.: PhotoShop, Illustrator, HTML, Flash).
• Knowledge of video editing is an advantage.
• Well-organized, responsible and self – motivated
• Able to work under pressure with the ability to complete tasks within tight deadline.
• Computer literate, intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
