As a CRM specialist, you will be playing a key role in supporting the development and implementation of a revitalized loyalty programme in the Hong Kong and PRC market to gain customer loyalty engagement and to achieve business objectives. You are expected to perform regular reviews on programme efficiency and to identify areas for improvement in order for maximum client engagement. You will also conduct frequent data analysis to discover insight into consumer behavior, and develop innovative digital and integrated marketing strategies to targeted market segments.Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM and loyalty marketing, preferably in FMCG/Retail/Hospitality and related industries.
Well versed in digital media and marketing knowledge.
Proactive approach to work, numerically sensitive and highly analytical.
Project management experience is preferable.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin an advantage.
Less experienced candidates will be considered for an Assistant Manager title.Salary: HKD25,000 – 50,000
