Responsibilities:

• Handle telephone enquiries, schedule customer appointments and resolve complaints in a professional manner
• Establish and maintain good relationship with customers
• Update the database of customer services system
• Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• Over 2 years experience in customer services or telesales industry
• Positive customer mind-set, proactive and willing to learn
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
