Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the Sales team in achieving sales targets and effective strategies
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
• Work closely with operation and marketing team

Who we are looking for:

• University graduate with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience in Sales and Marketing Field
• Interested in Japan fashion with strong fashion sense
• Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to multi-task under tight schedule and deadlines
• Self-motivated and willing to take initiative to improve the business
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English (Japanese N3 or above is preferred)
• Immediate available is preferred
