As a Digital Marketing & Online Manager, you are a vital part of the Hong Kong team and work with them in all capacities to develop the Hong Kong and Asia Pacific online market. You will be responsible to roll out strategy to grow the online sales and community of your region. Within our structure you will work closely with the Regional Online Manager and our International Online Team. You will have the opportunity to work with a multi-cultural team from all parts of the world and will be a key role in developing our online channel in your region.

Responsibilities:

•          Overseeing the day-to-day online business and growing the traffics and sales of our online channel to achieve a sales target.
•          Ensuring a smooth online shopping experience by improving up-sell, customer service, logistics, reducing check out friction, etc.
•          Creating and implementing online sales and marketing strategies for your region.
•          Implementing and localizing international marketing concepts and strategies into your region.
•          Increasing engagement rate and online activities of our official site Lomography.com and its local versions, social media, newsletter, etc.
•          Growing a friendly and creative community by creating and hosting community events, workshops, events, competitions, content generation, etc.
•          Ensuring good press and media exposure by maintaining and creating good relationship with the press and media contacts
•          Creating analysis report, identifying new growth opportunities for your region.

Requirements:

•          Degree holder
•          1-2 year experience, fresh graduates are also welcome
•          Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), any other additional language is a bonus
•          Proficiency in using MS Office, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite
•          Experience in blogging, copywriting, magazine editing is a bonus
•          Knowledge in SEO, SEM, e-commerce, is a bonus
•          Basic technical knowledge of photography and camera, knowledge in analogue photography and camera is a bonus
•          Knowledge of the Lomography products is a bonus
•          Knowledge of the photography, lifestyle, fashion industry is a bonus
