WHO it's with:
This role is with a leading global real estate company. Working with the Senior Manager, this area of the Corporate Solutions team focuses on supporting Corporate Solutions teams across the APAC region, working on both regional and global opportunities. This role will ideally be based in Hong Kong, possibly Singapore.
  
WHY you'll want it:
You'll be responsible for developing creative and writing content based on an understanding of a client's requirements, portfolio analysis and pricing forecasts. This will include creative ideas and graphic design for RFP bid proposals and presentations, ensuring all RFP's and bids are submitted on time and to the required quality standards. It is necessary to possess graphic design skills in both print and digital to execute creative ideas.
  
WHAT you'll need:
• University graduate in marketing or graphic design
• 2 years' experience in a marketing and/or real estate function
• Advanced knowledge of InDesign, offering a portfolio of examples
• Experience of working in business development and/or bid management environment is desirable but not essential 
• Advanced skills in Word/PowerPoint/InDesign/Acrobat
• Knowledge and/or a passion for the commercial real estate industry
• Creative and detail minded 
• Self-motivated, positive, passionate, proactive, assertive, organised and a team player
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills
• You should be comfortable managing broad range of internal and external stakeholders and gaining their commitment to deliver to agreed timescales
