Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand building strategies to maximize sales and brand awareness
• Assist in planning and controlling sales and marketing budget
• Plan and execute ATL & BTL activities such as TV commercial, print advertisements, digital marketing, new product launching, promotional activities and point-of-sales marketing
• Work closely with regional parties to execute marketing campaigns and product development
• Liaise with third-parties and facilitate joint promotions, sponsorships, roadshows & events
• Co-work with sales team on trade promotions, in-store display and POSM to achieve sales target
• Monitor competitor’s activities & their current market performance
• Conduct market research and business review reports to evaluate brand performance and business trend
  
  
  

Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• 1 - 3 years of solid Marketing & PR experiences in skincare / healthcare / FMCG industry
• Highly proficient in English & Chinese, both oral and written
• Proactive, independent, organized and presentable
• Analytical minded, result-driven with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, initiative and able to work under a fast pace environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in PC operations and Chinese wording processing
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Brand Executive
