Job description

-   Manage and execute daily procurement activities on services and materials

-   Assist in managing PRC procurement activities and oversee PRC procurement team

-   Communicate internal customer requirements and specification with suppliers

-   Coordinate with supplier and monitor shipment schedule for delivery of materials

-   Monitor service and material cost, prepare forecast and report on monthly basis

-   Frequent travel to Shenzhen for management meeting with PRC procurement team

Job requirements

-   Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management or related discipline

-   Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in manufacturing procurement

-   Familiar with daily operations of ERP and ISO 9001 quality management system

-   Strong sense of integrity and ability to work under pressure 

-   Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
