    Job duties:

    • Prepare Book Keeping, invoice, vouchers
    • Administrative work and shipping arrangement
    • Review payment and receipt transactions
    • Prepare company secretarial documents and draft certificates to clients
    • Provide clerical and administrative support to team
    • Assist in ad-hoc job assignments

    Job requirement:

    • Good spoken and written English
    • Full time, Permanent
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and able to handle multi-tasks
    • Mature working attitude
    • Willing to work under pressure
    • 5-day work; weekend OFF

    Working location: Sai Ying Pun

    Working Hours : 9am to 5pm . 5 days a week. Weekend Off

    Salary: 10,000HK$
