Job duties:
- Prepare Book Keeping, invoice, vouchers
- Administrative work and shipping arrangement
- Review payment and receipt transactions
- Prepare company secretarial documents and draft certificates to clients
- Provide clerical and administrative support to team
- Assist in ad-hoc job assignments
Job requirement:
- Good spoken and written English
- Full time, Permanent
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and able to handle multi-tasks
- Mature working attitude
- Willing to work under pressure
- 5-day work; weekend OFF
Working location: Sai Ying Pun
Working Hours : 9am to 5pm . 5 days a week. Weekend Off
Salary: 10,000HK$
