Job Description
- Perform general receptionist duties such as handling incoming calls, greeting guests etc
- Provide administrative and clerical support including document filings, correspondences dispatching, handling re-direction of mails, typist duties and ordering of stationeries etc.
- Provide support for messenger, organizing local and international courier services
- Inputting of accounting data and bookkeeping task for the company
Requirements
- Form 5 or above with formal secretarial training preferred
- 1-2 years Working experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Knowledge of MYOB account system
- Hardworking, willing to learn and with strong sense of responsibility
- Presentable, courteous with outstanding telephone manner
- Immediately available is preferred
