    Job Description

    • Perform general receptionist duties such as handling incoming calls, greeting guests etc
    • Provide administrative and clerical support including document filings, correspondences dispatching, handling re-direction of mails, typist duties and ordering of stationeries etc.
    • Provide support for messenger, organizing local and international courier services
    • Inputting of accounting data and bookkeeping task for the company


    Requirements

    • Form 5 or above with formal secretarial training preferred
    • 1-2 years Working experience preferred
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
    • Knowledge of MYOB account system
    • Hardworking, willing to learn and with strong sense of responsibility
    • Presentable, courteous with outstanding telephone manner
    • Immediately available is preferred
