Responsibilities:

• Handle after sales service (complaints, returns, refunds)
• Respond to customer questions about products they have purchased
  Process online payments and purchases, preparing invoices, shipping documents
• Prepare and upload inventories and items on different online marketing channels
• Ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, with at least 2 year working experience in Customer Service field
• Knowledge / Interest in hobbies and toys a plus!
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good PC knowledge and typing skills 30 wpm
• Customer-focus, flexible, fast learner, and self-motivated
• Good interpersonal, communication skills
• Good team-spirit and problem solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and independently with little guidance
