Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily shipment operations & preparing full set of shipping documentation and banking documents for L/C, D/P, T/T etc.
• Perform cargo planning, maintain close communication & coordination with forwarder & warehouse In & Out
• Participate in ad hoc job duties as assigned by the senior.
• Sales order administration and customer service, including quotation and contract issuance
• Assist in statistical and report compilation
• Support various marketing co-ordination work
• Maintain customer database and gather market information consistently

Requirements:

• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Good command in Putonghua and English
• Good computer skills, incl. MS Windows, MS Office, Eng & Chin words processing, Internet applications
• Self-motivated, highly organized, diligent, mature, presentable, sense of responsibility and able to multi-task and work independently.
• Form 7/Diploma or above with preferably 1 year relevant working experience; fresh graduates will also be considered
• Immediately available is highly preferred
