Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tender submission documents & contracts
- Handle QS matters including quantities measurement, VO estimates & submission, final account preparation
Requirements
- Degree/ High diploma/ Higher Certificate in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Min 2 years experience
- Experience in Building works/ A & A/ Fit-out works
- Familiar with computer software such as MS project, AutoCAD etc
- Good command of English & Chinese
- Self-motivated, independent & responsible
