Job Responsibilities

The Specialist is responsible to:

1. Conduct factory social audits and support factories to implement appropriate corrective actions;
2. Perform Quality Control Audits as quality checks on audits conducted by ICTI CARE Process accredited auditors and audit firms;
3. Coordinate and provide assistance to training programs for factory management and workers;
4. Produce reports in a timely manner and update database;
5. Perform other reasonable duties as required by Manager of Social Compliance;
6. Very frequent travel;
   
   
   

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of working experience, preferably in auditing or factory social compliance related position;
2. Good experience in project coordination and implementation;
3. Social and environmental auditing experience is a must. Proven experience in working with factory managers and workers is a definite advantage;

5. Knowledge of international labor conventions, local labor laws and regulations;

3. Attention to details and good organizational, coordination and planning skills;
4. Strong computer skills; 
5. Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
6. Willingness and ability to travel frequently in China;
