Responsibilities:

• Organize and supervise catering events
• Lead beverage service staff to achieve exceptional guest service and train them in beverage service, bar management, bar cleanliness.
• Bring in fresh and trendy ideas to existing beverage offerings with new cocktails list and promotions
• Manpower planning; scheduling, storeroom inventory control and various beverage related functions.

Requirements:

• Mature, reliable & dedicated work ethic
• Professional attitude and appearance with a 'can do' approach to work Be a strong team player but also able to work independently
• A passion for hospitality, with a genuine fondness for people
• Ensure customer satisfaction at every stage
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Good command of Mandarin and Cantonese will be an advantage
