Job Descriptions
- New Business Development of Food Service accounts (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering Companies, Clubs, Coffee Shops, Airlines, etc.) for our imported pralines, macarons and neapolitans
- Products are imported from Belgium but will be packed (localized) in our Hong Kong factory.
- Developing, implementing and executing sales action plans and strategies
- Prepare proposals and presentation to clients
- Monitoring sales target and boosting sales
- Prepare reporting for monthly sales meetings
Requirements
- Degree holder
- Experience of the F&B industry, ideally experience of the Food Service sector
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Experience with CRM software (i.e. Salesforce.com) is preferred
- Fluent in Mandarin and English both written and spoken
