Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan tour itineraries professionally and efficiently;
2. Answer inquiries and give sound advice to customers;
3. Coordinate withtour escort / tour guide and suppliers (includedairline, ship, cruise, car rental, hotels & visa etc.)
4. Need to achieve the department sales targets

Job Requirements:

1. F.5 or above;
2. Minimum 1-3 yearsales experience in travel agent preferably with inbound related experience (European and American market) ;
3. Computer literate with knowledge of Amadeus;
4. Good command of English, Cantonese,Mandarin & other country languages will be more advantage;
5. Good communication, interpersonal & customer service skills;
6. Able to work independently under pressure
7. Aggressive, Proactive & Mature with strong sense of responsibility
8. Immediate available is highly preferred
