Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to IT management and team members
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, email responses and logistics, spreadsheet analysis, office administration coordination, document handling, filing, data processing, expenses claim and settlement etc
• Assist in handling daily correspondence and coordinate effectively with internal / external parties for meetings and projects in IT department
• Manage, arrange and organize daily appointments, meeting schedule and travel arrangements

Requirements:

• Degree holder or Higher Diploma in related disciplines or equivalent
• 3-4 years relevant experience is preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal skills and good team work attitude
• Flexible and well-organized
• Good command in English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office applications, English and Chinese word processing
