Responsibilities:

• Review and verify Standard Operating Procedure(SOP) documents
• Monitor and follow up Food Quality & Safety Control
• Communicate with restaurants to standardize food quality and safety
• Responsible for conducting hygiene and safety audits and site inspections
• Provide staff with training concerning knowledge of food hygiene and safety
• Ad-hoc project as required by senior

Requirements:

• 3-5 year solid experience in food & beverage industry in Quality Assurance expertise
• Diploma or above in Occupational Safety and Health, Food Science or equivalent fields
• Certified Green Belt or above from 5-S Association
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good reporting skills, fluency in English and Cantonese while Mandarin is a plus
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, excellent interpersonal and time management skills
• Registered Safety Officer from the Labour Department, holder of valid First Aid Standard Certificate, Safety Greed Card or other safety certifications would be advantages
• Well-versed in ISO 22000 & HACCP system is preferable
