The successful candidate will be responsible for tax compliance and advisory work for the funds and the portfolio companies, as well as other ad hoc projects for both US and PRC tax purposes. You will also assist in liaising and analyzing financial information from portfolio companies.

The candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

• Degree holder in accounting, business administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience gained from a professional firm or tax advisor, especially on PRC tax
• Familiar with PC applications, preferably with QuickBooks experience
• Team player and willing to learn and strive for continuous development
• Good written and spoken English and Putonghua
