Responsibilities :

• Manage the China Trade’s operations of around 22 staff in Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou.
• Develop and execute effective business plans and strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Drive further business growth through development of CRM / KAM and increased coverage.
• Establish solid and effective networking with clients, principals and partners.
• Lead the Company’s continuous improvement in relation to its structure, processes, controls, policies and systems and other change initiatives to ensure the Company stay competitive.
• Train and lead the sales teams in achieving sales target.

Requirements :

• Degree holders in Business Administration, Marketing or similar disciplines.
• Possess a proven track record in engaging in operational re-engineering as well as developing and execution of business plans.
• Experienced and with sound knowledge of China's property project market and business environment.
• Possess a proven track record at senior management level, preferably in an aggressive service-oriented organization in branded products.
• Strong networking with sizable developers in PRC would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, principals, senior management and peers are paramount.
• Excellent leadership and organization skills, result-oriented and self-motivated, able to work under high pressure.
• High level of proficiency in English and Mandarin is a MUST.
• Station in PRC is a must.
