Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external business partners to support margin maximization at category level, in alignment with company’s strategic objectives
• Support product creation process by proactively working with assigned product teams to provide in-depth and transparent global pricing structure to achieve optimal product prices
• Ensure suppliers adhere to the company’s standardized global costing structure and calculation methods to tie in a fact-based costing process in all development and sourcing regions
• Maintain the company’s labour and overhead by manufacturing location matrix and create seasonal cost analysis on top volume styles
• Participate in seasonal pricing meetings with suppliers and assist with coordinating seasonal costing meeting
• Keep up-to-date on relevant global external sourcing cost factors, industry leading costing knowledge and product cost drivers. Assist with educating and sharing this knowledge with key business counterparts.

Things you should bring along / Qualifications:

• University graduate with major focus on Apparel/Textile subjects preferred
• Minimum 5 years working experience in the apparel industry at a garment supplier or international sourcing office.
• Solid functional/technical skills, particularly in the area of garment construction, material aspects and garment pricing
• Good understanding of regional labour costs in relevant Far East sourcing countries
• Strong team player, good negotiation skills, well organized and results oriented
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Solid computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Costing Coordinator.
