Reports to:     Product Manager

Location:         Hong Kong

Major duties included, but not limited to, the following:

• Responsible for analyzing and developing the seasonal product flow plan, margin, OTB and assortment of products for NB shops & wholesale accounts
• Achieve the key performance metrics by monitoring the business through analytics and identifying actions for apparel and accessory products.
• Recommend and review the merchandising plan, catalogue making and promotion opportunities
• Responsible for tradeshow presentations for WS accounts and sample management
• Provide feedback on product merchandising gap, formulate retail price and forecasting for management review and planning
• Conduct sell thru, assortment reports and competitor products analysis as inputs to the development of seasonal category strategies and assortment plans
• Participate in store visits (internal) and competitor market visits (external) to understand retail trends and consumer needs

Requirements

• University degree in relevant discipline
• 5 years of relevant working experience in sports apparel market
• Strong market insight and high level of sense in sport apparel trends
• Creative, dynamic with ‘can-do’ attitude
• Excellent inter-personal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS office
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
