Responsibilities:
- Help and contribute in the development, implementation, management, monitoring and review of an integrated quality assurance program to ensure that quality and safety standards
- Implement corrective action to supports investigation and troubleshooting of issues and concerns from retail stores and customers
- Review and monitor the products performance on daily basis
- Implement and improve quality assurance policy and procedure
- Prepare SOP documentations and material specification for production use
- Carry out quality control inspections and sampling on raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- 1 year relevant experience in quality assurance program management
- Strong self-motivation, sense of responsibility and able to work independently
- Ability to manage and resolve conflicts
