Duties:  

• Organize exhibitions/events around the region, liaising with overseas promoters, vendors etc.
• Prepare direct mailings, product brochures and other promotion printing and souvenirs materials
• Prepare prospective customer lists via data mining of customer details from industry associations, sales lists, events and the web
• Coordinate public relations activities: Assist to publish press releases, newsletter, journalist interviews etc.
• Directly contribute to next-generation media campaigns, particularly for social media and for customer communications
• Execute promotion and/or communication campaigns
• Work with expatriate colleagues and execute marketing studies within the SpeedCast Group
• Ability to execute projects in an independent role, and deliver results
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with quick deadlines
• Ability to engage and work directly with management

 Requirements and experience:

• Degree holder of marketing or equivalent
• 2-3 years of corporate event management experience
• MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint
• Proven experience in event planning, preparation & execution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage all event and related details independently
• Ability to supervise and provide direction to contractors and vendors
• Initiative, able to work independently with strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work overtime to meet tight project deadline
• Must be organized and detail oriented
