Responsibilities:

• Execute online marketing campaigns and sales promotion in Hong Kong and China market in order to meet and exceed business revenue goals
• Manage digital marketing efforts - demand generation, social media, online branding etc
• SEM campaignoptimization, daily monitoring of traffic, CPC, sales conversion and ROI
• Assist to conduct market research and campaign result analysis
• Work closely with promotional partners, advertising and PR agencies on marketing and brand building activities
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Diploma or above, preferably in ecommerce, business, marketing, I.T. or related field
• Minimum 2 year digital marketing experience, preferably from a creative / digital / design agency
• Experience in health & beauty industry is preferable
• Strong marketing sense and great passion for digital industry
• Extensive knowledge of SEM, social media, affiliation marketing
• Capable to handle multi-tasks and independent in a fast-paced environment
• A good team player with solid interpersonal skill to deal with both internal parties and external partners including sales, agencies, production house and designers
• Strong organization skills and able to meet timeline
• Detail-minded, energetic, proactive and creative
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
