Our Client is a well-known Food Services company in HK. For business expansion, they are currently seeking a professional to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supply and product development functions including product sourcing, new product development for food category.
• Maintain and the purchasing database and records.
• Responsible for source planning, market research and developing supply market.
• Handle price negotiation and cost reduction; analyze market conditions.
• Monitor vendors’ performance to ensure quality of materials and on time delivery schedule.

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• 4 years’ experience in purchasing, procurement & sourcing, preferred from Food industry
• Good connection with food suppliers is an advantage
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills
• Good interpersonal skill, self-motivated and with strong sense of responsibility
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
