Job responsibilities:

• Handle purchase orders, quotation and client contract in ERP system
• Place order to suppliers
• Handle in/out movements of inventory and maintain proper stock records in a warehouse
• Maintain and update records with a proper filing system.
• Provide general administrative support;
• Co-ordinating with Site Supervisors, Contractors andDesigners;
• Assist for ad hoc duty is necessary.

Job requirements:

• F.5 standard or above
• Self-driven and independent with minimum supervision
• Detailed mind, able to handle multi-tasks, ensure the high accuracy and willing to work overtime
• Familiar with PC Knowledge (Word, Excel and fast Chinese Word Processing is must)
• Knowledge of ERP System will be an asset (Achiever)
• Relevant experience in purchasing of Interior Design Company or Construction Company preferable
• Only immediate available and short notice will be considered
