職責

• 一般行政、檔案處理、文書紀錄及聯絡工作；
• 與承建商聯繫跟進相關報價並作定期匯報；
• 處理客人查詢及租用合約事宜

職位要求

• 中七或以上程度，具良好中英文水平；
• 具有2年或以上行政工作經驗；
• 為人主動，處事具責任感及系統化；
• 熟識電腦操作及中文輸入法；
• 須五天半工作，長短週；
• 具物業管理相關經驗者會獲優先考慮
• 於屯門區工作

Job Description:

• Responsible for general office administration, documentation and assist in ad hoc assignments when requires;
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors and other related parties;
• Handle customer enquiries and contract issues

Requirements:

• F.7 or above with good command of written English & Chinese;
• Minimum 2 year administrative working experience;
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
• Self motivated, responsible with good interpersonal skills;
• 5.5 days work; Alternative weekend
• Experienced in property management field is an advantage
• Work in Tuen Mun area
