Responsibilities:

• Assist the “Site-in-charge” in the daily property management duties including liaison with owners/tenants, complaints handling, supervision of site staff and oversee property maintenance, security and cleaning services
• Handle all documents in line with Company policy and work flow, procedure and meet ISO requirement

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in property management
• Minimum 2 years' solid experience in property management
• Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Well experienced in using computer software, including Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing

• Immediately available is preferred
