    Key responsibilities:

    • Perform administrative and office support for the Director and Senior Managers of Rehabilitation Division
    • Provide logistics and secretarial service for meetings, trainings and staff activities
    • Manage the central filing system and databases
    • Communicate with different internal and external parties
    • Handle customer feedback and draft related reports
    • Special event coordination


    Job requirements:

    • University graduate or equivalent
    • Excellent command of computer skills including MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
    • Good communication skill, well organized and self-motivated with team spirit
    • At least 2 years relevant experience, experience in NGO is preferred
