Responsibilities:

• To support World Vision in preparing for LEAP 3 transition and tracking of progress
• To support in developing Technical Approaches, Technical Programmes and other related documents
• To support and coordinate with various internal stakeholders to adjust various business process as induced by LEAP 3
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above
• At least 4-year work experience, with experience in program management & development work will be an advantage
• Conceptual understanding of and commitment to development work, especially child-focused, community-based development concepts, approaches and processes
• Good understanding on LEAP, Program management & monitoring and annual program planning cycle
• Strong analytical mind with critical thinking and good facilitation skill
• Strong interpersonal skills and well-developed written and oral communications skills in Chinese and English
• Competent in Chinese Microsoft Office
• Good understanding of China especially political and poverty context
