Responsibilities:

• Responsible for recruitment of salesgirls and office general staff, including site interview
• Prepare employment contracts and conduct orientation and training
• Handle compensation & benefits of retail and wholesales divisions
• Support quarter and annual performance appraisal
• Handle office administration
• Any other ad hoc assignments

Requirement:

• Diploma or above in HRM or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years relevant experiences preferably in retail industry
• Conversant with HK employment ordinance and other HR related regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, confident and self-motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with more experiences maybe considered as HR & Administration Officer
