Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing all areas of administration to the highest standards and in a timely manner (including; filing, letters, supporting payroll processing, etc)
  • Support the warehouse team to ensure 3rd party costs and associated invoices are accurately controlled and paid on time
  • Support HR with recruitment processes
  • Day-to-day maintenance of databases to ensure 100% data integrity and confidentiality
  • Liaise with the HR to ensure accurate and timely administration of salary payments
  • Support the HR Team with ad hoc projects and duties
  • Assist in data analysis and prepare warehouse admin reports for management


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Warehouse Management or related discipline
  • Minimum  2 years’ relevant experience in related field
  • Responsible, organized and detail attentive
  • Hard working, mature, independent and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines 
  • Previous administration experience is essential. 
  • The ability to use own initiative, work proactively and adapt quickly to a constantly changing environment. 
  • Excellent time management and prioritising skills to effectively manage a complex and varied workload and conflicting priorities within a fast paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication at all levels with the ability to build strong links with employees and the confidence to influence. 
  • Excellent PC skills (including intermediate levels of Outlook, PowerPoint and Word and Excel). 
  • Good communications skills in English and Chinese 
  • Work location: Tsing Yi
