Job Duties:

• Provide timely response to customer’s enquirers or requests on daily operations
• Update Customer with shipment status from time to time proactively
• Work with operations closely and other teams within the project to meet customer’s requirement and solve daily operational issue
• Perform any special duties or projects as assigned by the supervisor
• Handle air freight orders with basic knowledge on all fields both imports and exports
• Closely co-operate with Sales and Operations Team

Job Requirement: 

• Form 5 or above
• Mimimum 3-5 years relevant experience in air freight forwarding
• Good command in English and Putonghua
• Aggressive & self-motivated
