Duties
- Perform the billing duties and support the process of dunning operation
- Prepare and analyze regular reports to supervisor
- Assist in modifying the workflow
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- At least 1 year’s working experience
- Self-motivated and with strong passion
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in PC Applications (MS Windows and MS Office)
- Shift duty is required
