Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office functions and provide full backup in general administration and HR management;
  • Negotiate and coordinate with external parties, such as travel agencies, hotel suppliers, contractors, and vendors;
  • Handle travel booking;
  • Carry out clerical duties to support HR projects and employee relations activities organized by HR;
  • Assist to prepare various management reports and statistics to support overall HR strategic planning;
  • Perform any other regular or ad hoc duties / assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or equivalent;
  • At least 3 years' solid experience in HR administration preferably in sizable organization or MNC;
  • Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Well organized, detail-minded, good team player, self-motivated and able to work independently;
  • Knowledge of HK employment ordinances and regulations is an advantage;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin and Cantonese;
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Chinese Word Processing.
