Responsibilities:

• To follow up daily sales orders and invoices to ensure customers’ satisfaction level;
• To handle customers’ service requests in a professional manner;
• To design processes, follow up progress and consolidate reports of customer service related matters;
• Toimplement and control customer service initiatives to enhance customers’ satisfaction and standard of quality services delivered;
• To involve in corporate projects whenever necessary
  

Requirements:

• High diploma Degree / Associate Degree / Degree holder in Science subject
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
• Strong organizational ability, pro-active and independent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player
• Familiar with MS office applications
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
