Responsibilities :

• Must able to handle PO, PI, I/E, L/C shipping documents & daily report independently
• Follow up orders, shipments and enquiry
• Handle ad hoc projects as required
  
  
  

Requirements :

• F.5 graduate or above
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in international trade
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing with knowledge in SAP system is preferred
• Good command of English & Mandarin
• Mature with excellent interpersonal skills
• A self-starter and able to work independently
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
• Immediate available is preferred
• With bank experience in bills department is advantage.
