The incumbent is responsible for performing air operations role including data entry, filing, scanning and preparing full set shipping documents.

 Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers on shipment arrangement according to the customers’ instruction
• Perform special work tasks according to the customers’ requirement
• Communicate with oversea office for shipment arrangement to ensure shipments handling properly and efficiently
• Invoicing to customers and inter-companies in compliance with the company guideline and rule
• Support and backup to the operation team in order to maintain the daily works in a stipulated standard
• Assist the team head to execute assigned operation jobs
• Shift duties required

 Requirements: 

• Certificate / Diploma holder 
• 2-3 years working experience in freight forwarding industry
• Computer literate. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Operations Clerk
• Working location: Chek Lap Kok
