Key responsibilities

• Driving business growth by offering practical; innovative; and customized solution for customers
• Develop, maintain and manage a healthy project pipeline in respect to commercial impact against target
• Planning and scoping of customer requirements for transformation into a business case
• Designing in respect of all solution design, costing, framework, modelling, and KPI formulation
• Managing regional/global project resources to deliver project on time, in budget and to exceed customer’s expectations
• Utilize appropriate software tools for developing, modelling, simulating supply chain models
• Being the supply chain subject matter expert both internally and externally; working with relevant parties in an agreed time frame to produce professional proposals
• Participating in customer presentations specially when technical clarification is required
• Prepare and present performance to senior management team on regular basis
• Research and up-to-date on supply chain trends; models, and competitors offerings on regular basis
• Collaborate proactively and manage key stakeholders throughout the sales cycle; specifically with the vertical leaders and key account managers
• Perform supply chain assessments, including process reviews to improve existing profitability of operations
• Interact with the SCD global community to learn about new projects and initiatives to impact your regional target
• Sound understanding of Global logistics landscape
• Strong understanding of Asia logistics landscape (esp. China, Southeast Asia)

Who we are looking for

• 8 or more years of supply chain, solution design or engineering experience
• Sales and commercial oriented
• Able to dive and into details, numbers, analysis
• Good presenter
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge and experience of operational or modelling systems is a plus
• Strong in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Demonstrate success in challenging the status quo, championing new initiatives, management ideas, and value added sales ideas
• Good understanding of finance
• Familiar with international logistics with good understanding of supply chain
• A problem solver with an open, and collaborating mentality
• Strong drive and self-initiated
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong commitment on the deliverables
• Independent, well organized, able can prioritize and meet deadlines
• Very good English and Mandarin is highly preferred
• A communicator, ability to work through third party teams including overseas senior contacts
