Job Descriptions:

• Provide enquiry/support service to customers in a daily basis;
• Provide enquiry/sales service to ecommerce customers through email and phone;
• Provide enquiry service to customers on social media platform, like Facebook;
• Handle complaints and problem solving;
• Manage warranty replacement/RMA;
• Other ad hoc assignment.

Requirements :

• Excellent writing skills in English/Chinese and fluent spoken English/Mandarin is a must;
• Minimum 3 years working experience related to customer service;
• Experience in managing Ecommerce/SSM;
• Working experience in multi-national company is preferred;
• Fluent in written and speaking English and Chinese;
• Multi-tasking, patience, detail oriented, excellent customer care skill, self-motivated and a good team player;
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• Flexible working hours;
• Good level of proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Word;
• Flexible, open minded and cheerful personality;
• Immediate available is preferable.
