Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial, management reporting & analysis and treasury function
• Prepare group consolidated accounts and monthly financial information to management
• Perform financial analysis, company performance benchmarking, forecasting and budgeting
• Handle HK and PRC accounting and tax-related issues and ensure compliance with HK and PRC statutory and tax regulations
• Conduct regular reviews on internal control and operational work flows of finance and accounting operation to ensure efficiency and control assurance
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned

 Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder major in Accounting/Finance with CPA/ACCA qualification
• Familiar with HK and PRC accounting standard and statutory requirements
• Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in Finance and Accounting, of which at least 5 years’ managerial experience gained in Big 4 or listed company
• Experience in PRC enterprise is definitely an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge in Oracle financial accounting system is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua is a must
