Responsibilities:

• Identify critical risks and control functions, and develop effective audit programs to address risk area
• Review and updates existing company policies and procedures to formulate control improvement
• Access current workflows to streamline the procedures for operational effectiveness
• Compile audit reports to management for findings evaluation and control effectiveness
• Provide training to management and staff and develop internal communication channels for enhancement of internal controls, systems and processes
• Handle ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements

• Degree holder of Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or other related disciplines
• Holder of a recognized professional accounting or finance qualification is an advantage
• Minimun 8 years’ solid experience in internal audit/control function, in which  at least 5 years at managerial level
• Experience in Big-4 or internal audit experience in PRC enterprise is definitely an advantage
• Strong communication skills & analytical mind, detail oriented, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Proficiency in PC applications
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua is a must
